These Terms govern your use of crushingdirtyhabits.com (the “Site”) and any product sold on it, including Crushing Dirty Habits: The 21-Day Neuro-Reset Engine (the “Program”) and the Inner Circle membership (the “Membership”). By buying, signing up, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
“We”, “us”, and “our” mean Crushing Dirty Habits, operated from British Columbia, Canada. Mailing address: available on request via support@crushingdirtyhabits.com. “You” means the person who purchased or accessed the Program.
1. What you are buying
The Program is a digital product. Depending on the tier you choose, it includes an ebook, a workbook, video modules, an audiobook, and access to an online dashboard. Nothing is shipped. Access is delivered by email and through your account after payment clears.
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Applicable taxes are added where required. We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
2. Your license
When you buy the Program we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own private, non-commercial use.
You may
- Read, watch, listen to, and complete the materials on your own devices.
- Print the workbook for your own use.
You may not
- Share your login or give access to anyone else.
- Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the materials or any part of them.
- Use the materials to build, teach, or sell a competing course, coaching offer, or product.
- Remove copyright or attribution notices.
- Use automated tools to scrape or download the Site or dashboard.
The license covers the version you purchased, subject to section 4. Updates are included at our discretion.
3. Account and access
You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for anything done under your account. Tell us right away at support@crushingdirtyhabits.com if you think someone else is using it.
You must be 18 or older to buy. By purchasing you confirm that you are.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, including by sharing access or reselling content. If we do, you are not owed a refund beyond what section 6 provides.
4. Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted access. The Site may go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If we ever discontinue the dashboard permanently, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email and provide downloadable copies of the ebook, workbook, and audio files.
5. Intellectual property
Everything on the Site and in the Program is owned by us or licensed to us. That includes the text, the workbook prompts, the videos, the audio, the graphics, the 21-day structure, and the names “Crushing Dirty Habits” and “Neuro-Reset Engine”. Buying the Program does not transfer any ownership to you.
Anything you write in your workbook belongs to you. By saving it in the dashboard you give us a limited license to store it and display it back to you. If you send us a testimonial or a result, you give us permission to quote it with your first name and last initial, unless you tell us otherwise.
6. Refunds
Our full Refund Policy is published on the Site and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

7. Educational content only. Not medical advice.
The Program is educational. It explains habits, routines, breathing, light, hydration, food, and movement so you can make your own decisions. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, or psychiatric advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition, and it makes no claim to heal one.
Nothing in the Program creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or coach-client relationship.
8. No affiliation with named authorities
The Program refers to published work and public statements by researchers and clinicians, including Dr. Daniel Amen, Dr. Andrew Huberman, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and others named in the materials. Crushing Dirty Habits is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in partnership with any of these individuals or their organizations. Their names are used only to identify the source of ideas discussed. Any interpretation of their work is ours and may not reflect their views.
9. Results vary
The Program describes what many people report after 21 days. We do not guarantee any outcome. Results depend on your starting point, health, effort, sleep, environment, and factors we cannot control. Testimonials on the Site are individual experiences, not promises.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site and Program are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, income, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Site or Program.
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Program is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Where the law does not allow some of these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the materials.
11. Third-party services
Payments are handled by Stripe. Hosting is provided by Google Firebase. Emails and texts are sent through our email and SMS provider. We are not responsible for outages or errors on their side, but we will help you resolve any issue with your purchase.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, email account holders. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, and you agree to that jurisdiction. Before going to court, email us. Most problems are solved in one reply.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Program.
